    Job Description and Requirements Synopsys a world leader in providing semiconductor IP industry, is seeking a Project Engineering Manager whose primary mandate is to ensure the definition, planning and execution of tasks related to the auditing and management of the Synopsys Quality Management System.

    The primary focus will be on coordinating the activities of the Quality team in interaction with Functional Safety, Cyber Security and Synopsys IP development teams.

    This position will work globally with internal teams to ensure that we achieve product, customer, quality, and reliability requirements. Your responsibilities Manage project scope, project schedule and project risks.
    Manage multiple projects in parallel, synchronizing common activities and interdependent tasks.
    Co-ordinate interdependent tasks between Quality, Functional Safety Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.
    Ensure communication within the team and with all stakeholders.
    Tracking progress against project milestones and holding others accountable for assigned tasks.
    Scheduling meetings while also tracking and following up with action itemsPlan, steer and monitor project activities.
    Resolve schedule conflicts and handle deviations.
    Report project statuses to technical and management levels.
    Support team strategic programs such as Quality Management Platform development and trainingRequirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Science (or equivalent)5+ years of experience in IP Development or Project Management (or some combination)


    Proven record of project management experience of international and multi-sited projectsExcellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speakingHighly motivated and able to motivate team members.

    Ability to work independently.
