We're developing AI Digital Workers for financial compliance teams.

We're funded, have a solid set of early customers, and getting ready to get out of stealth. As one of the founding engineering team members, you'll be heavily involved in product, have the opportunity to work directly with our customers, and be part of a small, but extremely talented team.

Why are we tackling this problem?

Investigation teams conduct tens of thousands of investigations on a yearly basis – these are very manual processes for all financial institutions.

Customers find themselves waiting in queues for extended periods, often stretching into days or even weeks, while their investigations are being addressed. This results in a loss of customer interest, and they often opt for alternative services, causing revenue loss for companies.

Compliance teams often find themselves trailing behind growth-related initiatives while bearing the responsibility of ensuring the company's continued fitness for operation.

We have the potential to reduce the number of investigators at these firms, resulting in potential cost savings exceeding $1 billion annually.

We aim to significantly enhance human capabilities beyond current limits.

What You'll Do

• Develop : Create intuitive dashboards and user interfaces, bringing simplicity to complex user needs. Build annotation tools that enhance user interaction.
• Integrate : Integrate and evaluate data sources. Feed the AI and make decision with result in better investigations.
• Support Backend : Assist in architecting robust APIs.
• Train and Deploy : Create core LLM workflows that are ready for FIs to use.
• Problem-Solver : Be a pivotal member of our team, tackling diverse challenges head-on and driving solutions to fruition.

• Versatile Builder : With over 5 years in dynamic roles within productive teams.
• Frontend Aficionado : Adept in React and Next.JS, you can translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Data & AI Savvy : Your Python expertise makes you a wizard.
• Ownership: Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. You love to own projects end to end with a bias for solving problems and shipping impactful features into production that are well tested (unit & end-to-end)
