What You Get To Do Everyday
Work as a team to review all rejections within the inbound pipeline while meeting daily and monthly SLA's and save goals
Identify items using fashion and trend knowledge along with TRR brand and condition standards to find covetable items with high saleability potential within product "rejections"
Clean and process products that can be re-added to our pipeline
Scan products into proper locations and ensure delivery to designated staging areas
Maintain neat, organized, and clearly signed, labeled & dated work and staging areas
Research, input designer requests, and update brand codes in our system
Support Fashion Product Receivers by answering questions, participating in team huddles, and lending impactful feedback and guidance both 1:1 and in group settings; Act as go-to brand and condition standard acceptance expert
Maintain continuous, open communication with the Receiving leadership, Training, Merchandising, and Authentication teams
Complete daily/weekly email recaps, monitor team specific reporting, identify and proactively communicate opportunities to leadership and help strategize on solutions
Attend and participate in all scheduled brand and merchandising meetings
Support the Receiving team, which may include but is not limited to, processing consignments, saving items, auditing Receivers, gathering examples, participating in assessment creation, or other assigned projects or tasks as needed
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a luxury fashion environment
Extensive knowledge and awareness of current fashion trends and brands
General computer proficiency with the ability to learn new technology quickly
Strong research skills and understanding of fashion collection information
Ability to analyze data and provide feedback to peers and leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in high volume, fast- paced environment
Highly motivated with ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
A positive, can-do attitude with a team oriented mindset
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and balance multiple competing priorities
Comfortable working cross functionally and communicating to groups of all sizes
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of vintage and archival fashion

$ To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
