    Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Litigation Paralegal

    Are you an experienced paralegal looking for a dynamic opportunity in Salt Lake City? Our prestigious law firm has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in general civil and commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice cases.

    With a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, this role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, exceptional organization, communication abilities, and confidence.


    Responsibilities:
    Organize case materials and create privilege logs
    Assist with pre-trial preparations, including deposition and trial exhibit preparation
    Manage trial presentations
    Review client-provided information for accuracy and responsiveness
    Prepare document drafts and supplemental documents for court filings
    Maintain accurate records for clients
    Utilize a computerized docket management system for timely filings


    Required Skills and Competencies:
    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF software
    Experience with e-discovery platforms
    Comfortable working in a paperless environment
    3-5 years' experience in a law firm with a strong understanding of the litigation process
    Familiarity with e-filing processes
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to communicate effectively with clients
    Self-driven with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
    Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
    Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
    Flexible and able to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines consistently
