    Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.     Responsibilities:

    Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    - Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.
    - Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
    - Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.
    - Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.
    - Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.

    Requirements:

    Possession of a valid RBT certification.
    - Current CPR certification.
    - Previous experience in crisis management.
    - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    - Availability for afternoon to evening sessions, typically from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
    - Experience working with individuals in home, school, and clinical settings.
    - Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
