    Position Summary / Purpose: To manage a customer's property from initial loss by assessing needs of damaged property, putting a plan of action together and directing Mitigation Techs/Crews to complete the job. Exceeding customer satisfaction, keeping the job on time and budget while fulfilling the company's contractual obligations of our restoration and construction services.

    Compensation $75,000 - $85,000

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage jobs from initial loss, assessing needs
    • Write estimates for work to be/ or completed
    • Arrange for supplies, equipment and labor
    • Follow up and manage insurance. customers,and labor
    • Complete necessary paperwork to ensure timely payment of claims
    • Managing employees daily job load. Traveling to jobs

    Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, Physical Demands/Competencies and Abilities

    • Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) plus minimum one (1) year of experience managing construction or restoration projects and supervising crews. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or restoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor and profitability.
    • Negotiation Skills: Developing solid relationships with people to negotiate the best possible outcome without conflict or adversity.
    • Computer Skills: Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially Google Workspace. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.
    • Listening Skills: The ability to accurately receive and interpret messages in the communication process from customers and employees, probing for additional information or unstated issues, and providing timely response.
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
    • Strong work ethic and a team player

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
    • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
    • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
    • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
