Director of Engineering
Description

Compensation Range:
$140,000 - $175,000
A dynamics organization is looking to hire a Director of Engineering to to lead multi-disciplined engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of professional experience to the table. This person will have the opportunity to join a team and utilizes cutting-edge technology for instruction and performance tracking. Requirements:
Hire and staff effective project teams.
Manage offshore software development team of 60 engineers.
Allocate resources effectively for project teams.
Measure team performance and conduct reviews.
Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
Analyze customer specifications and determine requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Foster relationships with stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and best practices.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience managing multi-disciplined teams.
Experience in various software languages and platforms.
Experience in mobile app development, E-Commerce, and Point-of-Sale.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to design complex systems considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
10+ years of leadership experience in technology-driven environment.

Total compensation is negotiable based on experience including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and more.
