    Pediatric Cancer Survivorship Program Director Opportunity


    Job Description:


    This is a full-time position that serves as the leader of the Pediatric Cancer Survivorship team at Levine Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pediatric hematology and oncology, with experience in managing cancer survivors. They must be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for children and young adults with cancer.


    Responsibilities:



    • Serve as the primary provider in the survivorship clinic, managing pediatric cancer survivors into young adulthood.

    • Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.

    • Develop and lead educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare providers on topics related to pediatric cancer survivorship.

    • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and test results.

    Requirements:


    • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an advanced practice provider (APP) or equivalent combination of education and experience required;<\/li>n

      Hematology/Oncology experience strongly desired;
