    Type of Travel:* * *What You'll Get to Do:CACI is seeking a team of interns to fill a variety of positions for work on the Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program this summer, specifically in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Technical Writing, Public relations
    • Graphics, Industrial Systems design, Database Administration, among others.
    In this role you will be able to work in field environments. There is a possibility for some remote work with this position, but it will mostly be on-site.

    Industrial EngineerResearching, planning, designing, developing, modifying and evaluating mechanical and electro-mechanical components, sub-systems and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical or thermal hydraulic systems.

    Apply knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, or manufacturing to these activities.
    Write test procedures, compiles and evaluates design and test data and prepares technical specifications. Recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes. Coordinate with technical support personnel to conduct prototype or experimental runs for products or processes.

    Must be currently be enrolled in a full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or Doctorate StudentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearanceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Secret ClearanceA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Network, or Business, or related field is preferred, not requiredMinimum GPA of 3.

    0 or higher is preferred, not requiredLooking for candidates who are self-starters, interested in IT, Engineering, Systems Engineering process, Computer Science, Electronics, Business AdminSkill in using scientific rules and methods to solve problemsKnowledge of new and emerging information technology technologiesAbility to research current technology to understand capabilities of required system or networkPrevious internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
