Job summary
This role works closely with sales teams,fulfillment partners/manufacturing/third-party providers to ensure accurate execution timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.- Coordinate order entry purchasing scheduling releasing delivery and installation
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal external customers
- Track key dates manage order details from start to finish Schedule value-add services pre-finish work deliveries installations Manage shortages damaged product recovery service appointments parts ordering Collect customer payments process factory credits needed Support inventory activities continuous improvement initiatives Residential Segment Support: Coordinate installation permits Lead Safe Install documentation Schedule installation recovery appointments Approve process payments subcontracted installers Compensation Benefits: The pay range for this role is $27 - $31/hr.
