    Job Description:
    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented

    SME DevOps Engineers


    to join our team In this role you will get to apply knowledge of software, operating systems, networks, databases, architectures, and tools to improve the maintainability and operability of modern and containerized software systems supporting Defensive Cyber Operations.


    What You'll Be Doing:


    Participating in SAFe Agile Software Development and infrastructure teams bringing automation of testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), in a SAFe construct.

    Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other developers to aid and provide guidance in designing new features as well as determining defect fixes
    Build and implement new development tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve DevOps pipeline experience.
    Identifying technical problems and performing root cause analysis for development environment errors to produce software updates and fixes
    Investigate and resolve technical Continuous

    Improvement/Continuous

    Deployment (CI/CD) issues
    Develop scripts to automate visualization
    Strong ability to produce and maintain varied technical documentation
    100% onsite is required in Colorado Springs, CO

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:
    Must have a Bachelors Degree

    (Masters highly preferred)

    in Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant Engineering field from an accredited university with

    10 years of experience.

    Certifications:
    SAFe for Teams and AWS Dev Ops Engineer within 6 Months of start date
    Ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance
    Experience with development languages such as React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
    Experience is databases such as SQL, Gitlab, & Artifactory
    Strong networking background with Linux

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
    Top Secret OR interim/active Secret with ability to get Top Secret
    DoD Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CYSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), etc.
    Familiarity with Defensive Cyber Operations Concepts

    Salary Range:
