If so, we invite you to join us as a Senior Wealth Management Associate where you will work closely in a team environment serving existing client relationships and participating in prospective client opportunities. In this role, the Senior Associate assists in the oversight of the investment portfolios across diverse accounts in a client-tailored and tax-sensitive manner and provides clients with guidance and direction on financial planning topics. As a Senior Wealth Management Associate, you would provide investment advisory support in the following ways:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities would include supporting a client-facing team with the following activities:
    • Actively participate in client meetings, providing materials, agendas, and post-meeting follow-up
    • Implement and monitor investment and financial planning processes, including estate planning, tax strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning
    • Monitor and manage portfolio allocations, investment recommendations, and the analysis of unique investment vehicles
    • Assist Wealth Management advisors with on-boarding of new clients
    • Analyze client's current financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a realistic plan of action for clients
    • Prepare and deliver financial planning using e-Money software and other tools
    • Organize and maintain client files and all key custodian documents
    • Serve as on-going liaison between advisors and custodian, managing account openings and maintenance paperwork
    • Proactively interact with clients and assist in creating a spectacular client experience
    • Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client related transaction requests
    • Organize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), reporting, and filing systems
    • Enthusiastically advocate the values, ethics, and unique approach our company takes to personal finance and financial planning.
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to contribute to the dynamic needs of the team and organization.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Ideal Candidate Profile
    • Bachelor's degree required; current pursuit of CFP designation or obtaining within a year or any other financial designation strongly preferred.
    • 2-5 years of investment advisory experience; client interaction experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, eMoney, and Salesforce preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills in various formats (meetings, reporting, emails, phone calls).
    • Proven organizational skills within daily tasks, projects, and team management.
    • High attention to detail in calculations and presentations.
    • Ability to work under pressure with shifting deadlines and priorities.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player with strong ethics and integrity.
    • Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.)
    Additional Requirements:
    • Travel will be required for in Person paid training in our Louisville, KY office.
