Direct Hire Position Looking for candidates throughout the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Provide training, support, supervision, and encouragement to direct reports.


• Provide leadership and encouragement to the district team.


• Responsible for district clinical and programming goals and outcomes.


• Facilitate weekly staffing, supervise cases, and provide consultations, as needed for direct reports.


• Review client documentation, including progress notes, supervised visitation reports, monthly reports, and court reports.


• Work with District Director to market services for growth opportunities.

• Masters or better in Psychology, Social Work or related field.


• 5 years: Experience in social work or similar field


• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC (preferred)
