    As aSenior Software Engineer, youll play a crucial role in developing software solutions from start to finish. Youll be a leader to the software development team, ensuring the quality and functionality of our applications. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze User Needs: Understand user requirements and translate them into software solutions.
    • Design and Develop Solutions: Use the software development cycle to create efficient and effective software.
    • Lead Software Development Projects: Take charge of projects, ensuring successful delivery.
    • Supervise Team Members: Provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineers.
    • Test Software Solutions: Ensure robustness and reliability through thorough testing.
    • Document Software Programs: Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation.
    • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest advancements in the field.
    • Manage Budgets and Timelines: Oversee project budgets and timelines.

    Desired Experience:

    • Knowledge of DX11: Familiarity with DirectX 11, a graphics API commonly used for 3D rendering.
    • Familiarity with 3D Design Tools: Experience with 3D design tools such as level editors and modeling software.
    • Working Knowledge of 3D Math: Understanding of mathematical concepts relevant to 3D graphics.
    • Ability to work independently, in teams, and fluent use of the English language.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Several Years of Programming Experience: with a Proven track record in software development.
    • Broad Experience in Designing and Implementing Large Information Systems: Ability to handle complex technological issues.
    • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Evaluate and address unique challenges.
    • Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills: Efficiently manage projects.

    Education and Skills:

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field: Academic foundation.
    • Extensive Knowledge of Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Java, C++, Python, and Ruby, a plus if experienced with Unity.
    • Strong Understanding of Software Design Principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms: Essential for creating robust software solutions.
