We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director Consultant to join our team.

The position focuses on providing expert consultation services for Interventional Behavior Health Services (IBHS) designed for children and adolescents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent management skills, and experience in clinical supervision of interdisciplinary teams.

Mandatory qualifications include:

• Current licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification, or clinical social worker
• At least five years of professional experience in providing mental health services, including treatment for children and adolescents
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and functional behavioral assessment
• Experience in administering programs, staff training, and supervision
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania regulations, procedures, and policies regarding consent and service delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Up-to-date clearances and reliable transportation

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Management to develop and implement evidence-based intervention programs for improving client behaviors
• Providing clinical consultation to interdisciplinary teams
• Developing and overseeing systems for monitoring and evaluating service delivery quality and effectiveness
• Assisting in report preparation and other administrative duties as assigned

Compensation Package:

$52/hour starting rate

90% remote work options available
