- Current licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification, or clinical social worker
- At least five years of professional experience in providing mental health services, including treatment for children and adolescents
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and functional behavioral assessment
- Experience in administering programs, staff training, and supervision
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania regulations, procedures, and policies regarding consent and service delivery
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Up-to-date clearances and reliable transportation
- Collaborating with Management to develop and implement evidence-based intervention programs for improving client behaviors
- Providing clinical consultation to interdisciplinary teams
- Developing and overseeing systems for monitoring and evaluating service delivery quality and effectiveness
- Assisting in report preparation and other administrative duties as assigned
