- Screening, interviewing, and hiring stellar talent.
- Follow client requirements and preform necessary background checks and drug testing.
- Utilizing job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent.
- Working fast paced as a team/individually to get positions filled.
- Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation.
- Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis.
- Work proficiently with our ATS system and other systems to stay organized and document information correctly and timely.
- Must have a "can do" attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve.
- Experience in customer service, sales, management, or human resources.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to commute locally.
