Job summary
The Value Stream Specialist is responsible for driving Lean transformation and operational excellence across our manufacturing sites.This role plays a key part in leading the cultural shift toward a Lean Operating System by engaging plant leadership, Lean experts,
and front-line employees. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on change agent who can influence without direct authority
and drive sustainable, measurable improvements in productivity, quality,
and overall performance.
