Job Description

HHCS is currently seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistantto deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in the
Home Healthcare setting.

As an
COTA, you would provide therapeutic support and assistance for patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a patient's life.

The will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.

This position will cover Huntington, IN and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current or eligible for state license

Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience

New Grads welcome to apply

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
