    In Revenue Operations, we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will join a highly motivated, energetic Revenue Operations Team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts globally across all segments. You will be in a unique position to have a substantial impact on sales culture and top-line and bottom-line revenue.

    About the Role

    Go-To-Market ("GTM") Planning sits centrally within Revenue Operations. This role is highly cross-functional, aligning with FP&A, RevOps, GTM leadership, and Analytics to translate company-level goals into a cohesive operating plan.

    This role is responsible for driving the annual planning process, which includes target setting (e.g., ARR bookings targets, pipeline generation requirements), capacity planning, and market and territory segmentation. It is also responsible for building and managing the infrastructure required to measure success as part of the annual plan.

    What you'll do

    • Centralize annual planning across GTM and support RevOps partners with their field-level planning
    • Build infrastructure to support long-range and annual planning
    • Collaborate with Analytics to create effective and streamlined ways of measuring business performance
    • Work closely with FP&A to understand company-level priorities and iterate collaboratively on top-line targets and resource allocation
    • Support the field with actionable insights that are data-driven, which encompasses quarterly and annual business reviews

    What you'll need

    • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (planning, strategy, field operations)
    • 3+ years of people management experience
    • Experience running 3+ annual planning cycles
    • Familiarity with , planning tools, and forecasting tools
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Cross-functional collaboration and team mindset

    The reasonably estimated salary is specific to San Francisco, California and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is between $228,000 - $299,300 . Included in the total package is an equity component, this may also include variable compensation. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
