Attendance and promptness are vital to this position.
The Dispatcher will work under the direct supervision and report to the Office Manager.
The Dispatcher will work closely with the Service Manager, Installation Manager, and all field personnel.
Essential dutiesAnswer all Incoming calls and forward accordinglySchedule all service-related jobsCommunicate with customers to make sure they know when we will be there.
Confirms correct customer information and keeps our records current.Compose and mail any necessary customer correspondence.
Confirm scheduled appointmentsDispatch all jobs accordingly via computer or phoneSet appointments for preventative maintenancesResponsible for printing all service lists, proofing & schedulingEverything to do with scheduling including scheduling inspections for remodel Jobs, and vehicle repairs.
Data entryTrack weather conditionsMaintain, log and label company "keys".Follow up on open work orders to ensure customer satisfaction.Organize and maintain office supplies.
Marketing and maintaining our online presence including our website and social media.
All other tasks as directed by your supervisor Work ConditionsThe Dispatcher will work in an office setting that is set up for communications with field personnel.
Standards and QualificationsThe Dispatcher must be capable of multi-tasking.This person should be a self-starter and able to handle difficult situations.
Computer skills required:
Excel, Word.
