Job Title

A Permanent, Traveling Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short-Term Rehabilitation.

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care by conducting thorough examinations, diagnosing medical issues, and prescribing treatment plans.
Record patients' medical histories, administer diagnostic tests, and create individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care for complex illnesses or injuries.
Maintain accurate patient records, including test results, immunizations, and condition updates.
Provide education and resources to patients and their families on disease prevention and management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting.
Active RN license within the State of practice.
Current certifications and prescriptive authorization.
Experience providing primary care as a family nurse practitioner.
Proficiency in EHR medical charting systems and computer-based data management programs.
Solid understanding of federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
