Brief Job Overview/Summary

Under the direction of the Crew Supervisor, BMW; these positions will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the campus.

NOTE:
This is a temporary job May 13, 2024 through September 6, 2024 (please note that the end date is determined by the completion of projects and may be sooner or extended)

Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs various maintenance and janitorial duties using commercial vacum cleaners, floor buffers, extractors and other heavy equipment as needed
Performs all essential functions of the job such as cleaning and maintaining building, floors, fixtures, walls, which may require moving furniture, etc.
Must have the ability to make simple reports and keep records as well as understand and carry out oral and written instructions in accordance with standard safety procedure
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in the inspection, cleaning and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, offices, and buildings necessary
Must possess a valid NJ driver's license
