    We are seeking a Finance Manager to work closely with leaders of the Prime Video Sports Tech organization to develop operational and financial analysis for our Sports portfolio.


    This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about technology and sports, and looking for a challenge in a high growth, new business environment.

    This critical role requires a self-starter with strong business modeling skills and attention to detail.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Scope tech requirements for new sports properties.
    • Provide regular financial updates, including analysis versus prior periods and forecasts/budgets for current and new sports property.
    • Partner with VP and Director level Sports Tech leaders to determine future goals for scaling Tech Infrastructure and Products supporting the Live Events portfolio.
    • Develop operational metrics to measure progress and improve results.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
    • 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
    • 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decisionmaking experience
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process reengineering, quality assurance) experience
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • MBA, or CPA
    • Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
    • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

    The base pay for this position ranges from $81,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.

    Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
