Raf's is the second restaurant from the team behind the Musket Room. It is a French and Italian bakery currently serving dinner, with breakfast and lunch soon to follow.


About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated baker to join our team, who possesses a keen attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and driven by a passion for learning. Candidates must have experience in pastry production. The position entails 4-5 early mornings, including bake off and setting up the bakery for full production. Our offerings include à la carte desserts for dinner and a comprehensive viennoiserie menu. As a small, tight-knit kitchen, effective teamwork and communication skills are essential.
