    As a BDR Intern, you will be responsible for finding key people for the Business Development team to prospect into, and driving awareness of Crunchtime's products with leaders who work at well-known Restaurant chains.

    We will teach you the latest sales techniques for engaging leadership across key accounts Main responsibilities include sourcing new contacts for outreach, calling leadership at restaurant chains to identify their current tech stack, updating our database with your findings from these calls, consulting with restaurant leaders to help them identify problems in their business, and pitching the Crunchtime products to share how we can help solve these problems We are looking for individuals who are beginning their sales career and want to join a team that has quick promotion potential.

    What you'll do as a Business Development Representative InternConduct cold calls daily to identify the technology various restaurant brands use and updating our database with your findingsFinding key contacts within restaurant chains to prospect intoCold calling mid-market accounts to convert to meetings for Account ExecutivesLeverage SalesForce, LinkedIn and Outreach engagement campaigns as well as the phone to reach out to new prospects in an effort to generate interest in reviewing CrunchTimeAttend weekly team meetings and weekly 1:1s with BDR Manager to review updates, strategy plans, and individual progress against goals setBe introduced to other departments to explore other avenues within the businessDo role play sessions with BDR Manager and BDR team to learn how to pitch, overcome objections, and uncover challenges while on a cold callWhat we're looking forStrong desire to be in salesStrong worth ethic & hunger to succeedExcellent communications skillsBoldnessAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred: Confident, self-motivated, competitive, articulate, proactive, honest, value hard work, high ability of prioritization, listen well and hear between the words, enjoy teaching others, be it a customer or a new team memberNice to havesHave Outreach or SalesLoft experienceHave SalesForce and ZoomInfo experience (or other prospecting tools)
