    This is a 3-6 month contract to hire opportunity.

    BASIC FUNCTION

    • Position supports the IT Manager in the daily operations of the end-user IT help desk as well as assists with various IT projects for the organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serves as the first point of contact for End-User computer issues.
    • Responsible for troubleshooting end-user computer issues pertaining to both hardware and software matters.
    • Assists with installation of software as directed by the IT Manager.
    • Provides support to End-User training of computer and phone system issues.
    • Responsible for creating new user accounts and email accounts for employees.
    • Assists with the creation of internal documentation for use by End-Users per the direction of the IT Manager.
