- Utilize various testing equipment and techniques to assess product/service quality, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspections.
- Assist in addressing quality issues and corrective actions.
- Prepare and conduct ISO and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality and efficiency.
- Provide support during customer audits and inspections, as needed.
- Customer Quotations
- Plant maintenance software.
- Part specific records and ERP database for new parts and changes using traceable methods (ECN).
- Participate in MRP planning, scheduling, and materials procurement.
- Provides Plant guidance assessing and recommending solutions for molding press and support equipment maintenance activities.
- May be required by management to perform other reasonable work-related tasks.
- Technical knowledge of plastic injection mold processing. (RJG, Paulson or equivalent) preferred.
- ISO 2009: 2015, OSHA conventions knowledge
- Experience with Automotive PPAPS
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills is a must.
- Spanish Speaking highly preferred.
