A services company in Hawaii is currently seeking a new Purchasing / Procurement Specialist to join their growing team.


Responsibilities:

The Purchasing / Procurement Specialist will:
Sign purchasing contracts
Select key suppliers
Coordinate orders, purchasing and goods/services shipments
Plan purchases of goods/services based on requisitions
Work with AP for match exception resolutions
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supervising a Purchase Department
Associate's Degree
Computer savvy
Microsoft Office proficient
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
