    Hiring for a team who is building brand new solution for the bank and they are looking to expedite some work that they are already doing.

    The engagement doesn't involve migration but trying to substitute older platform with a new one- Modernizing the platform.

    The data analysts/business analysts are required to look at data to do mapping from current to target state -involves data modelling, data analysis, testing.

    Hands on experience with Jira/Confluence/ Kafka, identify data elements and understand what it means, explain data specifications. Ability and experience to look at legacy systems and implementing it in target state system

    Perform implementation testing and end to end ownership.
