- Collaborate with senior advisors to learn the RDM planning and investment process.
- Active in the firm's business development
- Support the firm's overall financial planning process with analyses and preparation of prospective and current clients' planning and investments.
- Client-facing role, serve as the go-to contact for our client base.
- Conduct in-depth client reviews to uncover new business opportunities.
- Contact clients and prospective clients with relevant information about market updates that may affect their investments. Systematically communicate with prospective clients and track progress.
- Build a wider network of clientele. Target centers of influence, new business opportunities, family offices, and other niche markets.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree
- CFP, CIMA, CPA preferred
- Series 7 License; 65 or 66 licenses
- 3+ years of prior experience in Financial Planning and/or Wealth Management
- Knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry
- Team player able to work in a collegial and close collaboration environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and an innate ability to build immediate rapport
- Become a Trusted Advisor for our clients and Centers of Influence
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Knowledge of markets across multiple asset classes
- Experience developing efficient strategies to "power" complex and diverse advisor practices.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Base salary, discretionary EOY bonus, plus incentive compensation/revenue sharing
