Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. As a therapist at Southern Wake Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Value your own personal and professional growth.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a range of mental health issues.
• Develop and implement treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and group consultation meetings.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed or license eligible as a therapist in the state of NC. (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisionally Licensed Clinicians may apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
