    As the Head of Growth at PostCredit, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies tailored specifically for the film and television production industry.

    You will lead growth efforts focused on optimizing the customer journey, experimenting with new channels, and scaling our user base within the filmmaking community.


    Strategic Planning:

    Identify key growth opportunities within the film and television production industry and prioritize initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.


    User Acquisition and Conversion:

    Lead efforts to acquire users within the filmmaking community through various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and engagement with industry-specific platforms and communities.

    Develop strategies to enhance user engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value within the film and television production industry.

    Foster engagement and build relationships with filmmakers and production professionals through industry-specific marketing channels and platforms.
    Identify and engage with relevant marketing channels, platforms, and communities frequented by filmmakers and production professionals.
    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for content creation, distribution, and engagement within these channels.

    Build and nurture relationships with influencers, industry organizations, and media outlets to increase brand visibility and credibility within the film and television production industry.


    Data Analysis and Experimentation:
    Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making within the film and television production industry.
    Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and engagement among production professionals.

    Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with product development and marketing strategies tailored specifically for filmmakers and production professionals.

    Provide insights and feedback to improve product features and user experience within the film and television production industry.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    Establish KPIs and metrics to track the performance of growth initiatives within the film and television production industry.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Film Studies, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on fintech.

    Proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth within a niche industry or community.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with experience analyzing data specific to the film and television production industry.

    Demonstrated success in engaging with marketing channels, platforms, and communities relevant to the film and television production industry.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies tailored specifically for the film and television production industry.

    Experience working in film/tv production is preferred but not required
