    THE ROLE
    you will collaborate directly with stakeholders and fellow engineers to research, design, and implement new tools and features.

    We seek a candidate with exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and a penchant for writing clean, scalable, and error-resistant code.

    Their frontend infrastructure relies on and React, making proficiency in JavaScript, React Hooks, and CSS indispensable.

    They foster a culture of continuous learning through shared online courses and weekly workshops, with a collective passion for enhancing our expertise in React.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Design and implement new features, conduct code reviews, and resolve bugs
    Participate in standups, sprint planning sessions, and feature demonstrations
    Collaborate with product and project teams to shape our ambitious roadmap
    Pursue continuous improvement of your skillset to enhance our platform
    Uphold high standards of code quality, prioritizing correctness over expediency
    Additional responsibilities as assigned


    REQUIREMENTS
    5+ years of experience in frontend development
    Proficiency in React Hooks, JavaScript, and CSS, particularly flexbox
    Strong grasp of unit testing principles
    Authorized to work in the U.S.


    BONUS
    Familiarity with NPM workspaces/monorepos, React Native, Jest/React Testing Library, Express, Webpack, PHP


    COMP
    The salary range for this position is $140K-190K+ (Depending on experience)
