- Former maintenance mechanic or millwright from either the HVAC, plant maintenance and repair, or mechanical contractor fields
- Product sales from the HVAC plant maintenance and repair or mechanical contractor fields
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
- Must maintain an active driver's license with a clean driving record
- Understanding the nature of the request
- Recording equipment tag data
- Scope out logistical requirements
- Developing scope of work, written proposals, and cost estimates
- Developing, building, and maintaining relationships with key service customers throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area targeting industrial, power, commercial, institutions (hospitals and universities), municipal water, and wastewater markets.
- Assist coordinators with the preparation of accurate and professional proposals for a variety of technical services including trouble-shooting, evaluation, and repair.
