- Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met.

- Submits appropriate and accurate documentation and timely billing/coding information for services rendered.
- Participates in ongoing professional development to maintain a level of clinical practice consistent with best practice standards.
- Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (DORA) or valid compact license
- Current CPR(BLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License (Home Health only)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

The SLP will work primarily with outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults, and some subacute inpatient coverage as needed & modified barium swallow studies.
Position Purpose:
To provide diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient/family education, and appropriate referrals to patients exhibiting a speech, language, or swallowing disorder.
