    Physician / ENT Opportunity in Central Illinois

    This is a unique chance to join an established and busy practice in central Illinois, with a huge need for ENT specialists in the market. You will inherit an existing patient base and benefit from in-house referrals.

    Details of the Position:

    • Base salary: $650,000 + uncapped RVU production bonus
    • Earning potential: up to $900,000 per year

    The package also includes:

    • $75,000 signing bonus
    • $60,000 retention bonus paid over three years ($20,000 per year)
