What You'll Do

• Create, track, and manage submittal process, RFI's, closeout documents, and drawing management for construction projects
• Collaborating with engineers, architects and construction personnel on a daily basis
• Involved in all administrative construction functions needed
• Convey service minded heart to provide the highest level of customer service experience for our clients and trade partners
• Work with company leadership to meet overall business objectives

Qualifications

• Self starter and growth orientated
• Technology savvy and well versed in Microsoft programs
• Understanding of the commercial construction process
• Highly organized
• Works well with others
• Lives and is alignment with our Core Values
