- Ideate and drive innovative marketing strategies that help us meet our goals across family and talent audiences
- Working in partnership with our Account and Studio teams to drive marketing creative, incorporating best practices and trends that deliver results
- Drive and report on campaign creative testing and performance
Marketing Operations - Support channel management (website, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist with budgeting, billing, reconciliation
- Maintain third party platforms across audiences (Google Business Pages, Glassdoor, etc.)
Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Strong creative sensibilities, collaborates effectively with design teams
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Resourceful problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Some familiarity with paid media, SEO, Google Workspace
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Compensation Range: $90, $110,000.00
