Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies to drive product line growth and profitability

– Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products

– Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

– Monitor and analyze sales performance and market share

– Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans

– Provide training and support to sales teams on product features and benefits

– Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns

– Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain team to ensure product availability


Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

– Proven experience in product management or related role

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships

– Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math calculations

– Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base

– Experience with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems

– Strong training development skills to effectively train sales teams on product knowledge

– Ability to stock, clean, and maintain product displays in accordance with company standards

– Strong selling skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
