    As a

    Director of Inside Sales Employee Development


    at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by developing and maintaining the systems and processes for hiring, training, and ongoing development of employees within the department.

    You will report directly to our Vice President of Inside Sales and work closely with teams within the Inside Sales department.

    What You'll Contribute

    In this role, you can expect to:
    Collaborate with the Onboarding team to oversee and manage the new hire training process.
    Develop and oversee the sales development "nesting" period for agents coming out of training and through their first 90 days of employment at West Shore Home
    Provide feedback to leadership on effective interview and hiring practices.
    Manage the development pipeline of future leaders within the department.
    Create and implement centralized training for agents to develop competency to ensure career growth.
    Manage turnover data within the department.
    Collaborate with the Vice President of Inside Sales to forecast staffing targets to meet growth objectives.
    Develop a feedback loop to indicate where challenges exist within the hiring and training process.
    Achieve minimum acceptable performance standards with new hires by day 90 of their employment
    Complete site visits at satellite contact centers in Ocala, FL and Raleigh, NC
    What It Takes To Succeed

    Strong analytical skills
    Exceptional communication and organization skills
    Experience and understanding navigating all Microsoft Office products.
    Proven experience creating and conducting sales training.
    Experience using Salesforce CRM, preferred.
    5 years B2C sales management, required.

    Exempt role with standard hours from 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday)
