A Top-Secret Software Developer Role at Amentum

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team and contribute to the development of critical national security enterprise applications.

Our organization leverages SCRUM and SAFE Agile software development methodology, combined with strong Dev Ops practices, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
Developing code, testing, and debugging new software or enhancements to existing software
Collaborating with technical teams to understand software problems and resolve them
Resolving customer complaints and responding to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Designing, testing, implementing security lockdowns, integrating with standard software packages, and automating application and configuration deployments and updates

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Tech Requirements: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, GitLab, JFROG Artifactory and Xray, Splunk, Hashicorp Vault, Boundary, Consul, Terraform, Nexus, JIRA, Crucible, Jenkins, Ansible, and Ansible Tower
Certification: AWS Associate Level or above Certification(s)
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience with 10 years of related technical specialized experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field
