    As the Vice President of Business Development, Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in progressing enterprise opportunities through the sales pipeline.

    This position requires a seasoned professional capable of delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others.

    Your strategic oversight throughout the proposal process for assigned enterprise accounts will be crucial in positioning True Rx Health Strategists as the top choice Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM).

    This position is remote with expectations of in-office attendance as needed for meetings and trainings.

    What You'll Do:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Progress enterprise opportunities through the sales pipeline and provide project oversight throughout the proposal process for assigned enterprise accounts.

    Compelling Presentations:


    Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others, showcasing True Rx Health Strategists as the top choice PBM.


    RFP and Proposal Process:
    Oversee the RFP and proposal process, strategically coordinating and collaborating with team members to ensure success.

    Lead Generation:
    Identify, qualify, and generate new leads and business opportunities from strategic partners and TPA's.

    Relationship Building:
    Build natural rapport, likeability, and trustworthiness to represent True Rx values with clients and partners.

    Exceed Objectives:
    Consistently meet or exceed objectives and quotas, promoting partnership and resourcefulness.

    Product Knowledge:
    Stay informed about our products, understanding how clients benefit from them, and articulate our roadmap and competitive differentiation.

    Collaboration:


    Collaborate with all disciplines across the organization to win new business and facilitate a smooth transition from Business Development to the Operations team.


    Client Relationship:
    Understand the client's business strategy, challenges, and opportunities to drive meaningful conversations and values for all stakeholders.

    What You Bring:

    Ability to Travel:
    Up to 25% travel as required for the role.

    Location:
    Candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.

    Experience/Knowledge:


    Minimum of 5 years' experience in field sales in employer benefits, experience in managing enterprise opportunities through the RFP and proposal process, adaptability in different settings and personalities, excellent poise and presentation skills, strong writing skills, proven performer driven to work in a growing company and sell solutions, tenacious in follow-up, and able to think out of the box for traditional outreach attempts to identify and connect with key decision-makers.


    Compensation:
    This is a base + commission position with total annual compensation expected to range between $225,000 and $275,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
