    Responsibilities

    Opportunities available in the following areas of Human Resources:

    Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

    The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team across a variety of recruiting and employer branding functions. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and employer branding. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about recruitment, talent strategy, and company culture.

    • Human Resources
    • Marketing
    • Communications

    Learning & Development

    The Learning and Development Intern will support the learning and development team in delivering impactful training and development programs for employees. This role provides hands-on experience in orientation preparation, course design, training logistics, and learning data analysis. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and passionate about employee growth, instructional design, and continuous learning.

    • Psychology

    Human Resources Information Systems

    The HRIS Intern will support the HRIS team across a variety of functions including, but not limited to, data management, HRIS system changes, and process administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about reporting and data-driven results.

    • Human Resources
    • Mathmatics
    • Data Analytics
    • Computer Science

    Qualifications

    • Enrollment in college for the upcoming semester
    • Completion of your sophomore year
    • Graduate students are welcome
    • Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

    The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. xhuatnn Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

    $16.00 per hour
