Job summary
The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. Facilitates communication and provision of information and messages in a way that produces clarity and impact. Understands the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results and the ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.The CCL uses critical thinking skills to collaborate and coordinate patient care and manage emergent situations, for the specific assigned clinical setting.
