Manager $130k-200k Program Management Strategy / Consulting CA/SF

Bay Area Responsibilities:

Develop metrics for the QST Solutions business and facilitate yearly target setting; Continuously monitor the AOP KPI of each dept/function; Develop & maintain continuous improvement plans in all program/project activities.

Coordinate, manage and drive project progress cross departments and report project status periodically; Work with HR on optimizing of departmental human resources, optimize the number of headcount needed according to the business situation Facilitate/lead cross department communication when necessary.

To manage and drive all related activities to fulfill the targets in terms of cost, quality, delivery, productivityRequirements:
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred.

Over 10 years working experience multinational company, preferable in semi-conductor industry, IC design house; Rich program management background with strong business acumen, organization awareness; Strong leadership and collaboration with both internal and external teams (directly/indirectly) to achieve operational excellence objectives.

Capable of launching initiatives and facilitate change and influence for result.

Able to define strategies, deployment of those strategies, measurement, able to effectively implement / use statistical data & analysis where appropriate.

Proven strategic planning and critical thinking capability in leading and driving improvements and changes. Identify opportunities, risks ahead and mitigate risks tactically;BACK TO JOBS#J-18808-Ljbffr
