Construction Project Manager:
The ideal candidate will oversee projects ensuring successful delivery in the Greater Boston area. You will be managing projects from $2M to $200M in scope. There is a company vehicle provided for travel to job sites.

Qualifications
Competency in Construction Means and Methods
Direct experience with projects in the Rail Industry related to Track, Signal, Bridge & Building, and Environmental
Preferred industry experience with rail, highway, energy, bridges, large infrastructure
Minimum 5 years of practical experience working in Construction Management.

Proficient in Project Controls:
Scheduling, and Resourcing
Commercially astute with good negotiating skills.
Experience with a Passenger Train system or a Class 1 Railroad is essential.
