    Role Description

    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote the health, well-being, and independence of our clients.

    Qualifications

    • Valid RN license and CPR certification
    • Knowledge in providing home care services
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
    • Excellent assessment and documentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
    • Knowledge of geriatric and pediatric care is a plus
