The Sales Center Manager exercises complete responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that increases sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating and monitoring all sales, branch operation and personnel developments activities.The Sales Center Manager is responsible for assessing local market conditions, identifying current and prospective sales opportunities and developing forecasts financial objectives business plans for the sales center Full financial management including budget P&L sales center expenses Sales management of both inside outside sales efforts multi-channel marketing price matrixing support of sales promotions coordination with preferred vendors Hires trains directs manages all
sales center personnel involved withsales customer service accounts receivable warehouse operations Depending on the size of the salecenter may perform rather than manage others in these activities Accounts Receivable managements including credit collections cash management Oversight operations supporting corporate procedures working Operations managers buyers determine stock items inventory targets manages non-performing inventory ensures compliance safety governmental regulations proper facilities management Entrepreneurial leadership growbusiness new product development customer market development complementary product marketing strategic planning Other non-essential job duties may be assigned.
