DAYSHIFT
Why Your Work Matters:

The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care through collaboration with health team members following the nursing process and care standards.
Document patient information and nursing care according to service provision.
Monitor and report any signs of infection to the Infection Control Nurse.
Ensure the accuracy of patient records.
Develop a care plan based on patient assessment and policy.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment plans with specific goals for each patient.
Update and adjust the care plan as needed.

Your Experience Matters - Requirements:

Education: Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric health-care setting preferred.
Licensure: Licensed to practice as an RN in Washington State.
Additional Requirements: Completion of medication administration exam, CPR certification, crisis intervention training, and Mental Health Professional acknowledgement.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role with expected compensation between $40-$55. We are excited to welcome candidates with varying experience levels. Join our team as a Day Shift RN.
