We are looking for VP Cloud Engineering leader who sees the big picture, can span the breadth of the product, jump into the depths of different topics and bring fresh ideas all while leading a cross geo engineering team.
The mission of our team is to build the next generation of smart and intelligent network management solution that is simple and fast.
This includes aspects of large-scale distributed system design, networking, security, configuration and automatic orchestration and many more areas. The role requires a deep understanding cloud-related technologies, management platforms, networking, and Wi-FiWork with Product Management in defining features and roadmap for management and analytics of networking solutions based on switches and wifi access points, evolving to broader enterprise SDWAN
Lead engineering, drive operational excellence, and establish metrics and processes that shape an engineering culture of solidarity, ownership, goal alignment, critical thinking, and tenacity.
Continue to build out the team, develop leaders and coach software development lifecycle standard methodologies.Monitor customer feedback and use data to adjust strategy, tactics, and execution.
Bachelors or Master's degree with proven experience of leading and handling distributed team in networking and cloud
Must have experience in Cloud Software Development.
Experience with fast paced agile development with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of SaaS services.
Experience developing on Public-Cloud (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS) while using modern PaaS for delivering scalable cloud solutions

Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
